We did the first theory together as a class and each class was given a minimum of 20 minutes in class to work on completing it. Whatever was not completed in class is homework. There are a few new grades in Atlas as well. I've been having some trouble with our scanner and will hopefully be able to upload some of our documents soon.

I apologize for not updating yesterday. We spent the day working on completing our notes in class today. We have spent almost 90 minutes of class time the last 3 days on these notes. If your student has a lot of homework tonight it is because they did not utilize the time I gave them properly. Attached are the pages we are taking notes from and the directions for annotating the text. When completed your student should have 5 headings on the left side of the page and 19 notes on the right side.

Today was "PLUS" for history. On PLUS days students go to their Accelerated Learning class while the history teachers have meetings and collaborate on new units, compare student work, and learn new strategies for teaching. There are no assignments on these days (excepting the previous nights homework or studying). This also means that there will be a day missing from students warm-up sheets.
